PRODUCTION ENGINEER

In order to strengthen the Production Engineering department of Umbria Aerospace Systems spa, we are looking for a PRODUCTION ENGINEER.

The resource will be inserted in an expanding company context, will report directly to the Production Engineer Manager and will have to deal with all NPI (New Product Introduction) activities.

In particular, he/she will carry out the following activities

Preparation of product bills of materials;
Designing and validating production lines by executing FAIs;
Elaboration of production documents (work cycles, control plans, etc.);
Support in the identification and evaluation of risks;
Supporting the qualification process of suppliers and their production processes;
Design and modelling of production equipment;
CAM programming;
Product configuration management;
Collaboration with design, operation and programme management functions in the processing of production data;
Selection of working methods, machines/technologies and operating documents.

Experience and requirements

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent qualifications;
- Previous experience in the job for at least 2 years;
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical drawing;
- Basic knowledge of special processes;
- Knowledge of CAD software (preferably Catia V5), ERP, CAM, MES;
- Proactivity, problem solving and attention to detail;
- Willingness to undertake short assignments within the country and abroad;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language

A background in the aerospace context is an advantage.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

The resource will become part of a dynamic, innovative and highly technological context acting internationally, he/she will report to the Quality Manager and will be in charge of the following activities:
- QMS implementation & updating;
- internal training sessions on QMS documents;
- data collection/data analysis for QMS KPI;
- supplier qualification and supplier monitoring;
- internal and/or supplier QMS audit planning, performance & reporting;
- supporting on qualification audits by customers and/or 3° Party Body/Authorities;
- product/process non-conformities management including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- risk analysis

Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering
- Previous working experience (3 years) in Quality Assurance roles
- Good Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Good knowledge of both spoken and written English;
- Strong communication skills, collaborative and proactive approach

Preferable requirements:
- experience in Aerospace sector;
- Good knowledge of standard EN 9100 AS9100D/EN 9100:2028/ and relevant experience in quality area AS9100D/EN 9100:2028

BUYER

The resource will become part of a dynamic, innovative and highly technological context acting internationally, he/she will report to the COO and will be in charge of the following activities:

- Management of the purchase of raw materials and semi-finished products and any necessary UAS service;

- Identification of business needs and quantification of expenses

- Quality Supplier;

- Conduct market research for new potential suppliers;

- Develop purchasing strategies according to CEO

 

Skills and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Economics or similar;

- Previous working experience (3 years) in Buyer roles

- Good knowledge of both spoken and written English;

- Strong communication skills, collaborative and proactive approach

- Availability to travel

 

Preferable requirements:

- experience in Aerospace sector;

PROGRAM MANAGER

The resource will become part of a dynamic, innovative and highly technological context acting internationally, he/she will report to the COO and will be in charge of the following activities:

- Monitoring delivery times and targets;

- Relationship with customer and suppliers;

- Risk assessment and management of critical issues;

- Coordination with the company department;

- Reporting management.

 

Skills and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Economics or similar;

- Previous working experience (3 years) in Program Manager roles

- Good knowledge of both spoken and written English;

- Strong communication skills, collaborative and proactive approach;

- Availability to travel.

HW/SW DESIGN QUALITY ASSURANCE

In Umbria Aerospace Systems SpA, azienda aerospaziale che offre una partnership completa con i propri clienti dalla progettazione ingegneristica fino alla produzione, per ampliamento del nostro organico siamo alla ricerca di:

HW/SW DESIGN QUALITY ASSURANCE

La figura si occuperà di:

- TEST EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST : svolgendo attività di progettazione e sviluppo dei banchi di collaudo utilizzati all'interno dell'azienda stessa.

- HW/SW DESIGN QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGEMENT: gestendo il processo di SW Design Quality Assurance (SQA) in conformità ai requisiti RTCA/DO178C e DO331 o di HW Design Quality Assurance (HQA) in conformità ai requisiti RTCA/DO254.

Lo scopo dei processi SQA/HQA è garantire che il prodotto SW o HW in output al processo di progettazione sia conforme ai requisiti di design aeronavigabile.

 

La risorsa ideale ha le seguenti competenze:

- Laurea Triennale/magistrale in ingegneria informatica, Ingegneria elettronica, Informatica o fisica.

- Conoscenza di programmazione generica e di base linguaggio Python V3

- Conoscenza dei fondamenti di statistica, misura e analisi dati

- Esperienza nell’utilizzo della strumentazione di laboratorio elettrico

 

La persona che stiamo cercando dovrà avere:

- Esperienza di almeno 1 anno nel ruolo o nel ruolo di Test Equipment Specialist

-  Esperienza di controllo della strumentazione di misura e acquisizione dati in modalità remota

- Esperienza di sviluppo SW su sistemi Linux e interazioni con macchine virtuali

- Eccellente conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta
