Tail Wheel Assembly

The wheel is manufactured to be suitable for tubeless-type tire installation.
The main wheel assembly is provided of an adequate safety device, the Burst Plug (BP), which prevents the tire from bursting in case of an overpressure occurs.
The rotation of the wheel on the axle is allowed by the central system of bearings including two bearings.
These bearings are selected to satisfy static and dynamic loads requirements and to ensure reliability and long life.
Grease retainers ensure grease retention and exclude foreign material and water intrusion.
The TWA is designed to withstand structural loads, to satisfy space envelope requirements and to reduce as possible the weight.
