Brake Control Valve

The BCV has the function to pressurize the Wheel Brake Circuit for braking (Normal condition) in independent way for right and left brake retransmitting the hydraulic commands, received from the pilot Lever to the wheel brakes.
In Normal functioning the service line (to brakes) is connected to the return pressure line.
When the pilot pushes on the pedal and move the related Lever, the BCV pistons receive from the Lever a proportional displacement compressing a spring and connecting the pressure line with the service line (to brakes). The output pressure to service line is directly proportional to input stroke up to a maximum pressure value of 2200 psi.
