Gearhead Pylon Conversion Actuator (GPCA) is part of Hybrid Aircraft Pylon Conversion Actuator; it is a gearbox designed to drive the ballscrew actuator that changes the attitude of the nacelle in flight. 

(GPCA) is a mechanical component that provides a reduction ratio of 576:1 from input to output shaft and can be installed through a dedicated installation flange.
